Where Procrastination Meets Apathy - I won't care tomorrow.
Back... and NOT Shark Bait. W00t.
Rumors of my death have been... well, accurate, but I was able to bring myself back to life. I'm back and still kicking from my happy little trip to Maui. I had a lot of fun, got sunburned, and got a nasty cold. Woo. ^_^ But wait, there's more.
First off the trip was interesting. Read a WHOLE lot. Oh, yeah, and cramming a guy who's 6'4" into an airplane seat for over 7 hours is NOT cool, not cool at all. Legs start cramping, body aches, and damn does your ass hurt. So, trip aside, I arrive in the airport and there's my Hawai'ian beauty in a blue sweater (natives are so WEIRD) and right off the bat I get this huge hug. That was cool. ^_^ Then I got laid! WOO! It had seashells and this neat purple/white warn woven into it. Yeah, I know what you people were thinking. Hush.
On with the show. Dinner, walk through a mall, homeward bound to goof around then crash. Nice day. Next few days we just sort of drove around the island, checked out touristy stuff (no, sorry, I never made it to Snorkel Bob's), and dreamt of the beach. Rented a car for the weekend, drove around some more, went to the beach, swam around a bit, took pictures, went to Ioa Needle, more pictures, came home, goofed around, watched far too much anime.
Enter Monday morning. I'm sick! YAY! *barf* Okay, I didn't barf, but that's what the result is. Pretty much the rest of the trip boiled down to me laying on the couch, being babied and still watching too much anime. Good thing my wonderful girl was there to nurse me back to health. Too bad it didn't work. Heh. So Thursday we finally get out of the house, hit the beach, the mall, and then pack. Had ourselves a good time then they saw me off that night. Now I'm back at work, still sick, so's she, and my right leg is going numb. Maybe I had too much fun.
Such as it is that was the trip. I have yet to dump the photos onto my computer but I'll try to set up a little page for 'em tonight. Hope ya guys didn't miss me to terribly much. But I'm back now and still in one, big, happy piece.
